Ms. Christian is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of service in both the public and private sectors. Her career spans key roles in education, maritime regulation, statutory compliance, and financial services, reflecting her versatility and dedication to public service.

She has continually enhanced her expertise through professional development, earning a Certificate as an Internal Auditor (BSI, UK), a Diploma in Maritime Leadership and Management (Kent College, UK) where she was recognized as Best Student, accreditation as a TCM Investigator, and qualification as a Mediator. These achievements underscore her commitment to excellence, impartiality, and fair practice in her professional endeavours.

Ms. Christian’s academic foundation is equally robust. She holds a BA in Economics from Brock University (Canada), a Diploma in Education from the University of the West Indies (Jamaica), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons 2:1) from Truman Bodden Law School, and a Master’s in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton (England).
